Never underestimate the power of thoughts and feelings between two people, they can significantly shape a relationship.
The “Unlock” session aims to unite the padlock and key within each of you to open up the connection between you. Each session is 90 minutes long with an image included to support the discussion.
Do you feel like you have the same story line playing on repeat in your mind like a film scene you just can’t get right? Rather than being a lead character, you could benefit from stepping out of the scene and watching it through the eyes of another viewer.
The “Pause” session gives you the opportunity to do exactly that so that you can get in to a habit of managing your thoughts better. Each session is 60 minutes long with an image included to support the discussion.
